  The resort is large but well designed and well kept. The apartments, (self catering), are first class, as nearly always with DR apartments.

  Quiet location but there are some restaurants nearby or about 15 minutes walk to the nearest town. Rooms vary from small studios to 2 bedroom apartments. Diamond used to be an exclusive timeshare/points 'club' but has opened up to more non-members who are invited to hard sell meetings to get them to join. Member numbers must be dwindling as recently it has often been easier for non-members to book here than members. This aside the service is fantastic, you are made very welcome and it feels safe for the kids too. Great pools, bars, restaurant, games room, Spa and Gym on site (some payable for non-members).

  The only, and big, gripe I have is that the hotel is very outdated, especially the studio we stayed in. A hide-a-bed, no bedside table, very quirky furniture from the eighties, aweful led lights, way too bright. It oozes britishness...

  We were welcomed into the hotel by a member of the concierge team in a manner that has set our entire holiday up. The resort is wonderful. It's an amazing hotel, the site is clean and well looked after, the rooms (currently in 554 a single room apartment) have been recently refurbished and are the better for it. More so though, the staff are a credit to the resort. They are so friendly & professional and have made our stay so far a great experience. We cannot fault them (our 2 small children think they're amazing)

  Firstly, no longer, it seems is there an offer of tours and suchlike arranged through reception. A sad regression.

  I first came about fourteen years ago, when the resort was a little out of the way of the main resort centres along the coast. The differance now is quite marked, with new buildings around it, and a huge build nearly next door, which I am told is to be a 5 star hotel.

  Customer of this Residence since more than 10 years, it's still very pleasant but the quality is dropping. The quality of the amenities, still good, is not as good as before. The quality of the furniture, equipments in the rooms was better before. This comment, sadly, is true for lots of the Diamond structures. The entertainments are good. The location is nice for a quiet holiday and to visit the island. Very close to the south airport (10mins by car). A bit far from the "capital" (1h by car) but still plenty to do and see around.

  I’d really like to say I would come back. But I won’t. I rather spend the extra €’s to be in a more up to date hotel. AND THE MUSIC AT NIGHT IS HORRIBLE, YOU CAN NOT ESCAPE THE HORRENDOUS MUSIC.
